Yes, our cleaning supplies are manufactured in Melbourne and distributed from our warehouse to all parts of Australia including regional. Even some of our range of paper products such as toilet tissues and hand towels are locally made. With regards to machinery such as vacuums and high pressure washers, they are sourced from all around the world such as Europe and USA to ensure quality.

We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) either by phone or through our checkout system online. All online transactions (other than EFT) can be done safely and securely using PayPal. PayPal works in conjunction with Crime Stoppers to ensure no fraudulent activities occur. Other methods of payments we now accept include Zip and Afterpay.

Shipping varies based on location and the value of your order. Because we sell in Bulk, many of our products may weigh a sufficient amount. We use Direct Freight for most deliveries. In some cases where Direct Freight is unable to deliver, we use an array of other couriers specialised in delivering to your location. Shipping times may vary based on two factors including your location as well as stock availability. If after 3-4 working days you want an update regarding your shipment, please contact us so we can follow up accordingly.

Yes. We can provide discounts based on bulk purchases to give you the opportunity to either resell or save substantially. In order to achieve these rates, you must have the ability to purchase in pallet quantities.
